Banana Raisins Oat macadamia Muffins

My first time ever making muffins


ready to bake

and here they are; smells good and yummy!

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oats{ use blender to grind}
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt; crushed macadamia
1/4 cup olive oil
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup applesauce
3/4 cup soy chocolate milk
2/3 cup raisins
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mashed bananas{approx.2 med}
mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. mix the rest of the ingredients in a medium bowl. then pour into dry ingredient mixture, and stir and combined. put into muffin cups. cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. let cool on a rack. ready to eat or put in the fridge.
