Dinner

Cooking for two... A simple dinner yet delicious ! :)
pork adobo { my own version}
1 pound pork loin,cut into chunks
1 head of garlic crushed
1 pc medium yellow onion
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 pcs cinnamon sticks
*direction*
place the pork in a medium size pot together w/ garlic,soy sauce vinegar, pepper, and brown sugar and let stand for 2 hrs. cook slowly in the same pot until the pork is tender { about 30 mins} transfer the pieces of garlic from the pot to a separate pan and fry in hot oil until brown. add the pork pieces to the garlic and then fry until brown. drain, add the broth to the fried pork and garlic and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
